The areas we clean
The scope can include steps, landings, corridor floors, handrails and entrance doors. Cleaning shared areas outside cellar and attic rooms, as well as stairwell windows, can be scheduled as additional tasks when needed. Cleaning methods and frequency depend on the floor covering, use and soiling.
Entrances and touchpoints
Entrance surfaces, accessible handrails and agreed door surfaces are included in the cleaning plan. Frequently used areas receive suitable intervals.
Shared lobbies
Basement and attic lobbies can be cleaned as an additional service. We clarify with management which areas are accessible and how often they are maintained.
Glass surfaces by agreement
Windows and glazed entrance doors can be scheduled as additional window cleaning. Scope, accessibility and appointments are recorded separately.
