Do you look after individual buildings or several properties?
Both are possible. We discuss locations, property types and the services needed. For multiple buildings, tasks are documented for each property and coordination with your management team is organised.
Do you also clean residential developments and apartment buildings?
Yes. For property managers, we clean stairwells, entrance areas and other shared spaces. Cleaning private apartments is not included in this service.
How does the change from an existing provider work?
We clarify your preferred start, access and agreed scope. Take existing notice periods and handover dates into account when planning; we coordinate the practical takeover together.
What happens if there is a complaint?
Your management team contacts the agreed representative. We clarify the service concerned and agree the next steps. Reporting channels, cover and response times are agreed before the service begins.
