What tasks are included in regular cleaning?
Depending on the property, regular cleaning includes vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning cleared tables and shelves, cleaning washroom and kitchen areas, and emptying waste bins. Additional tasks are planned separately and listed in the cleaning specification.
Accessible surfaces
Cleaning cleared tables, shelves and other agreed surfaces. We agree clear boundaries for personal belongings, documents and sensitive equipment.
Washrooms and kitchenettes
Recurring cleaning of agreed washroom and kitchen surfaces. Use, accessibility and the required frequency determine the scope.
Waste and additional tasks
Emptying agreed waste bins and taking the contents to designated collection points. Additional tasks and less frequent cleaning are scheduled separately.

A washroom used every day has different requirements from a meeting room that is rarely occupied. We assess each area individually, taking into account the number of users, soiling and operating hours.
This produces a cleaning plan with tasks for every visit, as well as weekly and less frequent work. If the way you use your rooms changes, we discuss the necessary adjustments with you.
What is the difference between office cleaning and regular cleaning?
Regular cleaning means recurring cleaning tasks. Office cleaning describes the premises in which those tasks take place. The ongoing cleaning of an office is therefore a form of regular cleaning.

Can cleaning take place outside operating hours?
We coordinate available cleaning times and access with you. Tell us when rooms are used and which time windows are possible for cleaning.
How is the price set?
Areas, materials, tasks and frequency determine the work involved. After a site visit, you receive a fixed price for the agreed scope. If that changes, we discuss the adjustment with you.
